(Senior) Full-stack Developer
We're looking for a hands-on full-stack developer to lead our platform development and infrastructure. You'll own the Feetneeds platform across AWS, web services, and 3D printing system integration. This role combines software development with cloud architecture and hardware collaboration. Compensation according to the Austrian collective agreement, with the possibility to weigh in your experience, starting at 70k€/year, and fringe benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-stack development
- Expert in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Skilled in Terraform and distributed systems
- Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Ansible, Python, or IoT devices
- Knowledge of 3D printing or spatial computing

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Feetneeds platform, including AWS infrastructure, web services, and 3D printing integration.
- Develop and maintain React/TypeScript/Node.js frontend and backend services.
- Design and document system architecture and operational procedures.
- Manage AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS. Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Optimize cloud architecture for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
- Address technical debt across the stack.
- Collaborate with the hardware team on 3D printer integration and feature releases.
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and observability.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to planning and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales, you will be a key driver of Plasmics' commercial success. You will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading our sales department, ensuring we meet our revenue and growth targets. You will play a hands-on role in developing strategies, building partnerships, and leading a sales team as we expand our market reach. You will work closely with the CEO, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to develop and execute a winning sales strategy. Salary per Austrian collective agreement, starting at €80k/year gross, plus company car.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Plasmics’ vision and growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets, focusing on B2B, SME, and enterprise clients across Europe and beyond.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team that thrives on collaboration and achieving goals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Drive a proactive sales culture, emphasizing a bottom-up approach, including direct outreach and cold calling when needed to generate leads and close deals.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Set and track KPIs, managing the performance of the team and reporting on sales progress regularly.
- Become an expert on Plasmics' 3D printers and our value proposition, ensuring the sales team communicates this effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in tech or hardware industries.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and scaling sales teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of 3D printing technology or a strong interest in learning about the product.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- A degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required if experience is relevant.
Marketing Lead

- Develop and implement a measurable marketing plan in collaboration with the Management Team.

We are looking for a 3D PRINTING SPECIALIST that brings along the fascination and know-how in the area of 3D printing and is available to energetically support our team. Compensation according to the Austrian collective agreement, with the possibility of overpay depending on your skillset, starting at 30k€/year.
Requirements
- Current or completed Bachelor in mechanical engineering (or similar) or HTL degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, professional experience is desirable
- Experience with 3D printer (Klipper, Duet)
- Behavior and use of tools in our workshop -manual skill
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, possibly Linux)
- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi or something similar is desirable
- Electronics expertise is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Mechatronic systems
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
