Offer
Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales, you will be a key driver of Plasmics' commercial success. You will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading our sales department, ensuring we meet our revenue and growth targets. You will play a hands-on role in developing strategies, building partnerships, and leading a sales team as we expand our market reach. Full-Time - Salary starting at €70,000 gross annually or according to qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with Plasmics’ growth objectives.
- Identify and penetrate new B2B, SME, and enterprise markets across Europe and beyond.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving long-term value.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, CRM systems, and tools for efficiency and scalability.
- Drive proactive sales efforts, including direct outreach, cold calling, and networking to generate and convert leads.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Set, monitor, and analyze sales KPIs, providing regular updates on progress and areas for improvement.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Plasmics' 3D printers, industry trends, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in tech or hardware.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for 3D printing (experience preferred but not required).
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Marketing Lead
You have achieved successes in industrial B2B marketing, either as manager or as part of a highly successful marketing team? You know how to build a marketing organization which integrates tightly with sales? Full-Time - Salary starting at €62,000 gross annually or according to qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a measurable marketing plan in collaboration with the Management Team.
- Oversee and manage content marketing strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Define and control the marketing budget efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest technology, marketing best practices, and industry trends.
- Design, plan, and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage product go-to-market plans, ensuring strong positioning and messaging.
- Create external sales tools (presentations, demos, website content, blog, social media) to support the sales team.
- Act as the voice of the customer, influencing product development and roadmap decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and educational programs, acting as a product evangelist.

3D Printing Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a 3D PRINTING SPECIALIST that brings along the fascination and know-how in the area of 3D printing and is available to energetically support our team. Compensation according to the Austrian collective agreement, with the possibility of overpay depending on your skillset, starting at 30k€/year.
Requirements
- Current or completed Bachelor in mechanical engineering (or similar) or HTL degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, professional experience is desirable
- Experience with 3D printer (Klipper, Duet)
- Behavior and use of tools in our workshop -manual skill
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, possibly Linux)
- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi or something similar is desirable
- Electronics expertise is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Mechatronic systems
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
Responsibilities
- Support and operation of 3D printers
